Apical Land Care provides many of our clients with full service annual maintenance contracts. You pick the services you want and Apical Land Care does the work. Not only is it a worry free way to take care of your landscaping but it also is a great help to your budget; with consistent monthly payments. This service provides you with a crisp and detailed appearance year-round. Some of the services commonly included in our annual contracts are:

Mowing, edging, and clearing off clippings from hard surfaces.
Spring clean ups including mulch installations.
Turf and flower bed pre-emergent herbicide programs
Spring fertilization program
Early summer herbicide program for weed control
Summer pruning (to keep your property looking great all summer long)
Aeration, lime, fertilizer and over-seeding in the fall of the year
Leaf removal
Bi-weekly visits during the winter months to remove any debris, etc.
